My approach is all about making fitness enjoyable and sustainable. Say goodbye to restrictive advice and hello to a healthier, happier you. We’re going to be asking questions like “Could I do this for the rest of my life” or “If this didn’t affect my weight, would I still do it” (words kindly stolen from dietitian and Channel 9’s resident nutritionist, Lindy Cohen).

If you’re experiencing symptoms of disordered eating, both physical and psychological, you’re not alone.

Inconsistent menstruation (for my strong women out there)
Irregular bowel movements (yes that’s right, if ya not poopin' every day, something’s up!)
Waking up sluggish
Getting sick often
Troubles falling and/or staying asleep
Guilt (whether fleeting or lasting) if you “ate the wrong thing”, “didn’t hit my steps”, “missed a workout”, or ate more than a “100-150 calorie snack”.

My services are for anyone tired of the extremes—be it in dieting, exercise, or health advice. We’ll work together to find a balanced approach that works for your lifestyle, helping you feel strong, confident, and empowered. Gone are the days of “F** it, I broke the diet, I may as well eat everything in sight”, and then taking 3-5 business days to “recover” into our severely restrictive diets (which are probably enough to keep a child of 3-4 years old alive… just) and overly excessive workout routines.
